The Autism Society of Texas is excited to host our fourth annual Autism Film Festival, AutFest Texas, at AFS Cinema in Austin on Thursday April 30, 2020. The event will run from 5-9:30 pm and will include short films, a lobby reception with appetizers, and a couple of documentary feature films.

Why a film festival? Through film and video we can raise awareness in a broader community about life with autism. Through film we can show a range of ages and abilities, challenges and triumphs, (however big or small), that living with autism can bring. Viewers can also witness the dedication and support needed to give individuals with autism the greatest chance of reaching their full potential. Through film, we tell our story.

All funds raised at the Autism Film Festival will stay here in Texas to support our mission of improving the lives of all affected by autism through free programming, information & support, education, advocacy, recreation, and community inclusion events.
