Our 4th annual “Supporting Individuals with ASD” conference will include:
10am-12pm The morning research symposium showcases new research intervention information with individuals with ASD from surrounding universities (2 FREE BCBA CEUS offered)
2-3pm The afternoon panel features parents’ perspectives of being on the spectrum themselves and having a child on the spectrum. (2pm)
3:15 – 4:45pm Our keynote speaker is Hedda Meadan-Kaplansky from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Meadan-Kaplansky has done some great work on parent training and parent-implemented intervention work with a focus on communication and young children on the spectrum and will be sharing some of that with us on Friday. (1.5 FREE BCBA CEU)
This conference is open to everyone (students, researchers, parents, teachers, advocates, etc.) and is FREE to attend! Attend one or all sessions (come and go conference).
