“Safe & Sound” Training on Autism for First Responders

The Autism Society of Central Texas is pleased to welcome Central Texas First Responders to a free training on Autism.

About the national Safe and Sound training:

The Autism Society of America created the Safe and Sound ™ in 2005 and works with first responders who have years of experience in autism-specific training. Together, Autism Society and these first responders provide trainings for professionals who are first to arrive at the scene in emergencies. Safe and Sound also provides training and education to people on the autism spectrum, their families, and professionals.

Date: August 26th, 2015

Where: Disability Rights Texas, 2222 W. Braker Lane, Austin, Texas

Time options: 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Refreshments will be provided at both trainings.
