Check out a Sensory Friendly Film or take in a “Show for Support” with AMC Theatres!
In addition to continuing its long-standing partnership with the Autism Society to offer sensory-friendly films in theaters nationwide, AMC Theatres is bringing back its Shows for Support program in June. The program shows films from the past year for $3. Proceeds benefit charities such as the Autism Society!
It all starts Monday, June 23, with Anchorman 2. Each film will screen Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. Other showings of great movies such as The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Non-Stop, 300: Rise of an Empire and Pompeii are scheduled throughout the summer. Not all AMC Theatres locations are participating in this event, so make sure to check whether your theater will be showing these films before heading out. You can head over to AMC’s website for more information.
