The Special Needs Forum’s mission is to educate the special needs community and empower families to take action by planning ahead in a smart way.
The Special Needs Forum is a free educational resource for families who have a loved one with special needs. During the workshop series, families get a chance to socialize with other families and get to know businesses who specialize in helping the special needs community.
Every workshop includes an informative presentation by a keynote speaker and a question/answer session at the end. A light catered lunch is provided (thanks to our generous sponsors) while attendees enjoy their time learning about smart ways to plan ahead for their loved ones.
People wishing to attend any of the workshops can do so by registering at our website: https://specialneedsforum.org/
The first Special Needs Forum live event of the 2018-19 school year will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 and is entitled: 10 Important Steps to Take to Build a Fortress of Protection for Your Child. This free session will review the ten most important and manageable steps to protect government benefits and ensure care is always there for a special needs loved one. Come and network at this well attended event.
