Our monthly gatherings offer a chance for our spectrum girls/women and caretakers to make social connections as we navigate through the autism journey from a female perspective. This month we’re trying something new – we’ll meet up at the Thinkery during their sensory friendly hours (8-10am). Tickets are free thanks to Variety Texas.
Meeting spot: Snack area on the first floor at 9:30am. From there, we can decide to stay longer, grab a coffee at Halcyon, walk around the Mueller Park trail, or check out the Farmers Market. If you would like to meet spectrum peers (for example, you have a teen daughter on spectrum who would like to meet other teens), please email Jen and she will connect you.
Jen will have an Autism Society sign-in sheet on table. Whole family welcome. These exclusive hours are a great opportunity for all ages to enjoy the many activities without overwhelming crowds.
Jen’s daughter, age 6, will be there. Look for them in the Farmer’s Market, Move! Studio, and Our Backyard, or the Bloomers room with her baby brother between 8-9:30 am, or just meet at 9:30 am at the snack area. For questions, please email Jen at email@example.com Thank you!
