Theatre Arts and More! for Children in Grades K-5 with a Wide Range of Special Needs

Theatre Arts and More! is for children in grades K thru 5 with a wide range of special needs; typical developing children are welcome to participate. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate creativity, practice social skills, and increase their self-confidence by engaging in activities including: Theatre Arts; Music; Arts and Crafts; Dance; Photography, and Create-A-Story. The session culminates with the Showcase, where participants perform in an original class-created play, dance in the dance routine, sing class-created music, and present their photography exhibits. Our ratio is 1 instructor for every 3 participants, and our caring and qualified instructors and volunteers are trained in the Joshua’s Stage The Creative Outlet Method™. Instructors and volunteers pass background checks. Notes: A minimum of 6 participants enrolled by Wednesday September 12 is needed for the session to make. The session will cap at 9 participants. No class on Sunday September 30.
