Take a break from the Texas heat and summer crowds with an exclusive morning of museum exploration and fun activities!
Thinkery is committed to providing an accessible and interactive experience for all. During Sensory Friendly Hours, Thinkery extends a special invitation to learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or other special needs to explore Thinkery with their families.
A typical visit to Thinkery can be challenging for those who feel overwhelmed by large crowds and excessive stimuli. In acknowledgement of this, the galleries will be modified to reduce extra stimuli and ticket sales will be limited to reduce crowding.
In addition to exclusive museum access, Thinkery is partnering with some amazing organizations to provide fun hands-on activities and tailored information:
Autism Society of Texas – Generously donated the first 50 reservations and will be on site with helpful resources for improving the lives of all those affected by autism.
Joshua’s Stage – Get creative with making puppets, designing masks, and improv fun!
Spark Learning – Join us for story time with Spark Learning and their energetic team of ABA therapists.
