AutFest Texas Autism Film Festival was created by the Autism Society of Texas to foster Autism acceptance by amplifying Autistic filmmaker’s and storyteller’s voices and showcasing films that portray life with Autism in an honest, responsible way. The films we show feature a diverse array of perspectives, experiences, ages, abilities, challenges and triumphs of people living with Autism.

The event is recommended for those 18 and up due to some of the content and themes in the films. To allow time for CrowdPass processing and catering preparation, ticket sales end on 10/21 at midnight. Tickets will not be sold at the event.

About the Event:
Check-in will begin at 4 PM with the first film beginning at 4:30 PM. The event will include a Lobby Mingle/Intermission where heavy apps will be provided. The films will wrap up by 9 PM at the latest.
Ticket includes one non-alcoholic drink ticket and heavy appetizers served during intermission with GF/Vegetarian options available!
COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
All ticket holders will be required to show proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test (administered by a medical provider no earlier than Thursday, October 20th) to attend. We will use a HIPAA-compliant service called CrowdPass to verify vaccinations and negative test results. The online process is simple, secure and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. If we are unable to hold the event due to the pandemic, natural disaster or weather event, in-person tickets will be converted to virtual tickets.
