We are excited to announce we have a new Summer Intern, Jennifer Dennington! We know she is going to be a great asset to Autism Society of Texas!
Here’s a little bit about Jennifer:
Jennifer is studying Special Education with a minor in Teaching at St. Edward’s University and will graduate in 2019. She enjoys hiking at the Green Belt, cooking with her friends, and petting all the dogs in Austin. She is very excited to start working with Autism Society of Texas as the Summer Intern. Jennifer wanted to intern here so she could be more involved with the larger community of individuals with autism as well as their families and learn how to better support them. Jennifer’s past experience includes planning university-wide events for St. Edward’s student body, as well as leading a group of students to the Gulf Coast Recovery Service Break Experience.
